the last few months, i've been visiting various taco trucks and mexican stands in search of quality food. my findings (that are worth mentioning):
  1. taco al pastor: tacos leo, venice and la brea.
  2. carne asada taco: mexicali tacos, downtown l.a.
  3. bean and cheese burrito: lupe's hot dog stand, east l.a. (j & s and el chato, honorable mention).
  4. taco salad (with fish): tacomiendo, west l.a.
  5. crunchy chicken taco: angie's deli, norwalk.
  6. carne asada burrito: poquitos mas, west l.a.
  7. soft chicken taco: pepe’s #2, downey.
  8. quesadilla (with beans): el chato, la brea and olympic.
  9. fish burrito: tacomiendo, culver city.
  10. veggie burrito (no rice): el burrito jr., la brea and olympic.
  11. tripas taco: el chato, la brea and olympic.
